Not a computer store it's a computer service store. Phenomenal employees though! I will definitely come here if I need my computer serviced!

Call to ask about a keyboard and mouse customer service representative told me to wait and then just hung up on me I wish I could put zero stars but I'll just put one for now

Don was amazing. truly a great guy at what he does. fun guy to talk too and he helped me understand more about pcs he helped me understand and answered my questions very respectful and with knowledge. thanks again Don for fixing my sprite soaked pc as quick as you did, this guy is a computer wizard———— hilarious edit. So after you guys refunded me for the job you guys did a few months later today actually my pc stopped turning on. Now I open up this pc and see so much wrong in here it’s just sticky and my hands are sticky now… I’m reading the paper over I understand “he cleaned as much as he could” then why is there a huge chunks of dried sprite just right on the side panel of this computer?? To me as a human if I get a sprite spill cleaning the side panels are first thing im doing considering it’s the first thing im taking off and who would put together a pc with sprite still on stuff like that now I understand the stuff he couldn’t get too that was small….. but a side panel???? I could have gotten roaches or bugs or something dude it was a fair bit of liquid still on here it just makes me wonder what else wasnt done when yall had my pc and maybe thats why you were so hostile over
